This is our bread and butter, and no one can get you exclusive access like we can.  From the iconics to the cults, allow us to customize the perfect wine tasting experience, leaving you more than satisfied with the experience.

Our usual day of wine tasting consists of 3 hand selected wineries, often not open to the public.  Group sizes can vary from 2 to 30, depending on the wineries visited and experience desired.

Along Cannery Row is the kelp forest canopy of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Kayakers get an up close look at this wonder of nature teeming with wildlife.

 You may be greeted by harbor seals swimming alongside you or resting sleepily on the rocks along the shore. Or you may be presented with a show by diving pelicans. Or you may see a raft of otters rolling and playing in the kelp. Each experience is unique and different!

Edible Excursions’ explorations take place in neighborhoods where small business owners, artisans, purveyors, farmers, and restaurant chefs share their personal food stories and their passion for local, seasonal, sustainable eats.

And, of course, along with learning about each area’s culinary and cultural background, guests are treated to signature tastes from seven to nine different stops along the way.

Guests will greet for departure at the docks where guests will have a hand’s on lesson on sailing in the Pacific Ocean with professional guidance.  All equipment is included.  This will include a picnic luncheon on board the sail-boat, bottled waters, soft drinks, beer and wine for the adults if requested.

Each guest will receive a sailing certificate of completion on the lesson of the day.  Return to the hotel in the afternoon.

Why jump out of a perfectly good airplane you may ask?  Because it’s one of the most thrilling experience of your life.  After about an hour orientation, you and your instructor are strapped together as you rise to 15 or 18 thousand feet and jump into the big blue.

Monterey is an extra special place to embark on this adventure of human free (falling) flight as the scenery is truly beautiful.  Also, since you are based at sea level, you have the opportunity to jump from 18 thousand feet which is rare for most facilities due to regulations.
